Privacy Policy

Information we handle

When you create an account, we handle your email address, authentication details, and account identifier. If you choose Google sign-in, your sign-in is handled through Google and our authentication provider. We keep gallery titles, folder links and IDs, publication status, album design choices, access settings, and subscription status.

We access publicly shared Google Drive folders to list image names, identifiers, dimensions, and files needed to display your galleries. Photos remain in your Google Drive folder; Pixc does not keep a separate photo library. Images are requested from Drive and delivered to viewers through short-lived signed links. As with any web service, delivery providers may temporarily cache responses or process operational request logs.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, create and manage galleries, show and deliver linked photos to people with access, enforce your selected gallery settings, provide subscriptions, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure and functioning.

Payments and other services

Stripe handles checkout and billing. We keep subscription and Stripe customer identifiers, the selected plan, payment status and billing period to provide paid features; we do not store full payment card numbers in Pixc. Google Drive supplies the linked photos. Authentication, hosting and delivery providers process information needed to operate the service. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Gallery viewers and sharing

A published gallery is available to anyone with its link, unless you add a password or it expires. Viewers can see the gallery title and images, and may download photos according to your settings. Please only link folders and publish photos that you have permission to share. Password-protected galleries use a stored password hash rather than the plain password.

Information on your device

Pixc saves your light/dark preference and, when relevant, a pending Drive folder link or plan selection in your browser so you can continue after signing in. Authentication may use browser storage or cookies to maintain your session. We do not claim these essential items are advertising trackers.

Retention and your choices

You can edit or delete galleries in your dashboard; deleting a gallery does not delete its photos in Google Drive. Account and billing information may remain as needed to operate subscriptions, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We have not set a single universal retention period for every category. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, email tech@arfiaa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
