Terms of Service

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity through your account and for deciding who receives your gallery links or passwords.

Your photos and galleries

Your photographs stay in the Google Drive folder you link. Pixc reads and delivers them to viewers when your gallery is accessed; it does not take ownership of your photos. You must have the rights and permissions needed to link, display, share, and allow downloads of your content, including any required permissions from people shown in the images. Do not use Pixc for illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

To make a gallery work, keep its Drive folder accessible to the service. A published gallery can be opened by anyone with its link, subject to any password or expiry you configure. Deleting a Pixc gallery does not delete your files from Google Drive.

Plans and billing

The Free plan permits up to two galleries. Pro plans offer additional gallery and presentation features as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the dashboard. A cancellation keeps paid access until the current paid period ends; plan changes take effect immediately and may generate prorated charges or credits. Applicable checkout charges are shown before you confirm payment.

Service availability

Gallery display depends on the availability, permissions, and contents of the linked Google Drive folder, as well as our hosting and delivery services. We may maintain, improve, or change the service and may temporarily interrupt access for security or technical reasons. Keep your own backups of important files in Drive or another location.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, bypass gallery restrictions, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or legal requirements.

Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Your use of Google Drive and Stripe may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services outside our control.
